We produce under private label for some of Europe's most prestigious retailers. Quality Certification is to IFS Food 6 standard at the highest level. Our products are Kosher and carry the unique "Smoked in the country of origin" logo. Preferred supplier status is granted to a select number of producers permitting integration of raw material to finished product i.e. traceability from egg to finished product. Our traceability system is one of the first of it's kind and offers an unprecedented level of comfort to our clients as to the provenance of what they are consuming.
