Over three decades of expertise
With a wealth of small producers in our local area, we established our smoking facility in 1988 to protect the provenance and the exceptional quality of the salmon produced here. Over 35 years later we’re proud to be recognised as one of Europe’s most advanced facilities, crafting highly sought after Irish organic smoked salmon for key international markets.
