Seaspray Organic

Seaspray Organic is a celebration of the purity of our place and the craft of our people. A traditional recipe used over generations. A careful balance of simple ingredients. Over thirty hours, our organic Irish salmon is hand-cured with sea salt and slowly smoked over oak. The result is superbly crafted organic Irish smoked salmon with a distinctly delicious taste.
